Yoga for the Lattice
PERSONALLY TAUGHT BY PEGGY PHOENIX DUBRO
A new two part training for EMF Teachers and Practitioners combining Yoga Postures that focus on various areas of the Lattice in parallel with the Phase XIII of the EMF Balancing Technique.
This course was developed in partnership with my daughter Shana and granddaughter, Ahdivah. In the first part (2 days) you will learn the postures for personal growth, and in the second part (2 days) you will learn to teach the postures to others. The theoretical portions of the course address the theory of the Lattice as it relates to the evolution of the chakra system and the unseen strands of DNA. There is a beautiful Golden Grace Alignment.
Your students can be anyone who wishes to learn and practice a unique sequence of yoga postures and breathing that physically empower the energies presented through the theory and alignment. Again this is an opportunity to speak and present to more people the information of the Lattice.
