The program's goal LatticeLogic ™ for organizations is to raise the overall human capacity to its next level of expression, allowing then to manifest more their potential. This program, suitable for organizations of all kinds - private companies, government institutions, NGOs, schools, hospitals and communities - help them to take a leap forward and achieve their goals faster and with greater joy.
The program works on two aspects: the energy dynamics of human understandings and specific knowledge about organizational dynamics, business challenges, leadership and implementing change. It aims to recognize, at a deep level, the relationship between well-being of the organization and of individuals, and learn how to increase both. It requires the application of specific methodologies that harmonize and balance the human energy dynamics at the individual and collective levels within organizations.
